You probably wouldn't believe me if I told you that my hands tremble of horror when writing these words. You can't imagine the terrible thoughts occurring to me.

This kind of a bloody hate speech and other ideological tools trigger my extremely traumatic memories

This high level of a hate speech is an exact replica of a Islamic state's propaganda in its seeking to wipe people of my city off the face of the earth, by religious cleansing against them, and genocidal massacres committed against many defenceless civilians!

The burning of women and kids alive, beheadings of men, captivity, rapes, brutal killing and other horrific traumatic memories.

I will never forget when they murdered thirty seven kids for trying to exterminate the next generation and wiping any effect of us completely.

Is it our fate to live in constant fear of extermination?Are we destined down this path?
I am not Muslim, I am banded as a humanist, I drink alcohol and I believe in a secularism and human rights ...,in spite of that, I am extremely triggered, actually terrified, so worried!
Where can i go to live in peace??
I am trembled in fear!

You really need to clarify your position.

Not your religious or political position,
but who you are as a human being with PTSD and what exactly you are reaching out for at this moment.

Otherwise, we dont know how to respond.

I believe you, Ghaith. Are there people speaking out against this kind of hate speech there? If so, I would try to focus on them. And vote for them. It is truly terrifying to hear people talk like this. I'd love nothing better than to make it go away.

A lot of us with ptsd have been in situations where we've witnessed murder or were hostages and saw and experienced unspeakable acts of sexual abuse.

If you want support with some particular issue, I'd love to help.

I just dont know what you need or are asking for support with.

Listen! I have Cptsd due to 5 years of civil war in Syria! So I am sensitive about social/ political matters! Any ideological thing makes me triggered and sacred! Just I need to express about that here because I am isolated! Thanks for your great emotions and interesting to help me!
