Have you ever had those days where you are absolutely certain you checked your mind as luggage to Abu Dabu?

Those days where you have absolutely no fricking idea what is happening?
Where you wish that just for one moment you could see clearly, but everything is tangled up in your head?

And you just can not loosen that knotted cable that is stuck in your head?

Yes, Freedomfighter my luggage is at moment being checked in Iceland; feeling a chill this moment. My mind as well feels like it took a vacation to the outer reaches of our universe; brain seems to be sitting in formaldehyde probably effects of being in EMDR therapy. Beam me up Scotty!

Most days actually. I wish I could control my reactions in hindsight all the time. What a ride of impermanence. Maybe it's a sign to travel and be free more often.

Yes, on those days I don't know my head from a hole in the ground.. so usually isolate and try to gentle calming activities that do not require thought.. it is maddening.. and if stressed.. I will properly warn the fam.. go to my bedroom and scream proper into my pillow.. once energy is released. I do feel better. Big hugs.

I once watched a documentary about what people do all over the world to let off steam. In Spain it is the tomato festival where they throw tons of tomatoes around.
There are countries, I believe England was one of them, where people actually pay to go to a junkyard and they take huge hammers and such and then proceed to smash up vehicles.

I found those interesting. I am afraid if I just scream someone will come and arrest me, hihi.
