Junior mints, a limearita and two benedryl. Nowhere to go but up (was toxic so had to put myself in time out but not before I caved on crap that's totally bad for me.

Taking myself out to solo breakfast/brunch today. I love "Wild Eggs" (a mid to higher range franchise).

A double handful of cold medicine, most of a whole pot of coffee, rather more sausage than was probably good for me, & about a liter of coke.

Chicken wings fried in spice, a moderately tasty Jamie Oliver salad and a cup of tea in my rabbit mug. Very pleased that since I started eating healthy/low carb, junk food does not taste as good!

[Tornadic Thoughts]

A couple quarts of water and a hot cup of roasted dandelion root tea with some chaga mushroom powder, a tsp. of blackstrap molasses, and a few drops of liquid stevia extract stirred in. Cheers!
