I know the waiting with no news is kinda the worst, though give it time?
No news may well mean they are somewhere safe, out of harms way, waiting for communications resumed the same way you are.

& What brings you peace in hard times? Would try that. You taking care of yourself meantime, is doing something.

Worry about a friend who missed her medication date yesterday.... so I put my ass in the kitchen and cooked three dishes today and cleaned my kitchen. She's still on my mind, but at least all here at home will have good meals. I nurture with good nutritious food.
