@Hopefulphoenix within the last year I started crying in my therapist's office. I shouldn't say it's the only place I cry because I have cried a few times at home this year. when I cry it's deep, you can barely hear my voice and i get lost. I have so much HP, so much ache. I also have to protect myself at home emotionally, maybe if I'm alone id allow it. I'm getting better I guess HP.

Yes there is ice cream. I noticed stores that sell foods from Philipines usually have UBE ice cream its really good and purple. There is also Pandan which is green. I had ube sponge cake before. Yumm.. the good olde days before trauma stole my appetite.

Lol oh God. Hearing aid. The thought of dentures feels repugnant to me. I had five flipping years if braces on my teeth to straigten the f*ckers out. I want to keep them.
Plus I can see headline; “new study shows those PTSDers with adjustable hearing aids show advanced rates of recovery”. ..
