For about 8 years I would say
one day I was just minding my own business I wasn’t really calm that day pretty sure I might’ve hit my head and was worried for getting a concussion but apart from that.
I had my dinner and was about to go outside and then all of a sudden I got an electric shock feeling as if someone steps on your grave is the best way to describe it.
Yet it never went away it was there everyday ever since some days it’s worse than others so now I am with a constant facial parathesia in the left side sometimes goes on the other side of the face sometimes my nose and upper lip and it sometimes twitches and spreads down to my neck and arms if I am in a panic attack.
I have had mri tests and pretty much all test and have ruled everything out, my doctor doesn’t know what else it could be unless it’s down to panic. Strange thing is I don’t feel that stressed and when I am super stressed I don’t really notice it. Sometimes it goes to the point of creating pain. How can I be in a constant state of panic all the time? That doesn’t seem like it’s possible all the time. However with how I feel mostly it is possible.
I just wondered if anyone else has ever experienced numbness or tingling in their face?
