I am looking for an NHS Trust in the UK that offers long term (12 months+) psychotherapy for patients with CPTSD. Does anyone know if this exists?

No NHS trust in the UK offers long term therapy. Your lucky if you got 10 sessions from them. You will have to go private. Some charities offer reduced rate. There is one in the country, to get it you'd need your ICB of your local trust to agree to fund a referral, and normally to get that you have to have 'proven' that your needs can't be met by any secondary service in your local trust. Yeah thanks. Ive been relatively stable since. Most of the details are in my diary if i mind right. Just so i dont hijack the thread. Was it enough to get you on a better path and independent from needing therapy?
