I just don’t understand why I had to develop PTSD at the age of 5. My life was ruined before it even started. Best part of all is I don’t even know where it comes from since I was too young to remember.

I don’t know, I think I’m just depressed because I’m also diagnosed with BPD and that has its own set of stigmas attached to it.
