Round 2 Heart Surgery

May the doctor's know what they are doing, and be kind. May the new technology and implants be working and thorough so you don't have to do this again. May you have peace before and during the surgery, and may your recovery be swift, is what I'm hoping and praying for you.

Is the prognosis better for the second one then it was for the first? I know some treatments can require more than one treatment.

Tell that heart to behave and that you have had just about enough of it's bad behavior. I'm sure it will listen. I know mine does, not.

On a very serious note, I am sorry that you have to endure this yet again. My thoughts are definitely with you through the next couple weeks and after.

After the first round of surgery it was always on the cards that another round may be needed as they didn't go in with the right equipment... tests showed differently to what they found.

I'm off in tomorrow morning and while I know its okay its a bit scarier this time as I know what to expect. Plus I've had no time to prepare. Hmm... oh well.
