I seem to have so many stressors and triggers. I need to try remind myself that this is my trauma and not going to harm me. I thought this might be a great p;ace to challange this.
I don't need to panic when I hear a siren on the radio. Or when something makes noise in my house. I don't need to panic if I havent heard from a person in a few ours.
So many more but that is a good start.
