Thank you for all the Posts. Thank you @Ms Spock That's interesting because I have suffered from IBS for a long time, particularly the last few years, since everything else seemed to play up too. I will definitely look into it more.
@Anarchy Thanks for your reply. Yeah I'm narrowing it down at the moment. It seems to have been from when I was about 4 years old and then later on too. Yeah, therapy is kind of on/off too. I have gaps at time when I'm too busy. Also like you say it can be expensive and I can't afford to go continuously. It can be tiring. Sometimes I sleep really well after I've talked things out - better than I ever do. Sometimes it can just leave me wrecked. I've had a look into some meditations but tbh it's never something I stuck at properly. I might give it another try. And thanks - I've lived in a couple of different places too but I feel most at home in Ireland. The way of life and people are more easy going here. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
Thanks @Justmehere Good to know I'm not just going mad or making problems where there are none. Sometimes I think I need to just suck it up and get on with thing. But then I do and I crash. It helps to know if there's a real explanation for it.
