I have trouble finishing things, but it's been suggested that that's maybe an ADHD thing. I also have trouble STARTING things. I suspect that's got to do both with worrying about being able to do it "right" and also with priorities. Investigating the noise from outside seems more important than vacuuming. Besides, with the vacuum running, you can't HEAR noises from outside.Do you guys have a similar problem?
So, how do you "finish" things in trauma therapy? (Does this mean permission to kill people? :clown:)
