Over-generalizing and personalizing are things I need to stay aware of and re-frame on a daily basis....but 'emotional reasoning' tends to be the hardest distortion for me.and it is usually "I feel bad, therefore I am bad" but I have gotten better.
I am going to continue to allow myself to feel bad at times without beating myself up for it...I think it is the self-compassion challenge exercises that have enabled me to do this now.
