I need a hug.

I had a horrible nightmare (someone threatened me that he would kill me) that was still in my mind when I woke up.

Had a horrible day at work (was in charge of the whole group - 14 people) and had to organize someone to take the duty call (because of some colleagues who got sick).

Cut myself with a knife absent-mindedly in the morning. Slipped. Wouldn't have been so bad but I had sharpened the knives some days before and my left hand hurts on the inside.

My knees hurt because I didn't have the chance to ask my doctor for new inlays yet.

It's cold and the skin around my nails is like an open wound....:cry: ...even typing hurts.

I don't sleep well and I just feel like a robot.

A side note, have you tried typing with gloves? ;)

@Anrish, I get similar trouble with my fingers. Have you tried moisturising them at bedtime and wearing gloves through the night?Here in the UK you can get simple cotton gloves from a chemist and they're fine for it. Just make sure it's a decent intensive moisturiser. I find I have to remember to do it every night while it lasts, but it does help.

@Cashew : thank you so much. It's more than appreciated. - Concerning the gloves; I already tried it but I've got the problem that I don't have enough "feeling" in my fingertips to type when I wear gloves...

@jaccat : I've never heard of gloves like that before. Thank you for the recommendation. I will look for them over here.
