I'm starting to become aware that sometimes I find ways to make myself miserable, especially when I am bored. For some reason, I'm looking for reasons to make myself upset. I feel comfortable being sad. I guess I got used to it. Do you have any advice for not caving into that pit once you realize you are doing that?
