I wanted to check in with you last night here but had my own spiral.
Fell asleep afterr writing email to T shortly after visiting the forum and thoughts crept in. It felt like the more deeper i breathe the deeper i feel the depression.

I hope its not too late to check up on you.

6pm here, treated self to fav cuisine for lunch - by way of joining in with your anniversary. Turkish, lamacun to be precise. Was yummy.

It's 9.46am here, I've done my last minute packing and am now killing some time before I leave for the train station. Yikes! A bit nervous about my trip! I've yet to pick the movie I'm going to watch on the train.
