Since insurance has left me high and dry, I have cobbled together my own network.

1. I have a 24/7 crisis guy and knows if I'm not sounding right, will call 911.

2. I have a licensed massage therapist who works on me every other week, and knows what is going on.

I have been seeing her for almost three years now.

3. A life coach, tomorrow we are going to set up our plan, we both have the same material and she will lead me to peace.

I have vowed not to hide anything, and to be brutality honest on how I feel, either at that time or the subject to be discussed.

I admire your resolve, pretty close to my way of life as well. There are indeed many ways we can help ourselves and with the internet the options are endless because we can connect with people all over the world.

I choose as a first treatment option to stay away from people or remove myself from people who are abusive, threatening in any way, or plain insistent on having contact with me.

In my private time I meet much different people. The people that are allowed in my private time, the people that I watch, observe, and learn from are real people: they are so charismatic they leave you breathless, they are full of warmth and love, so comfortable with themselves they appeal to all people, across different orientation spectrums as well. They effortlessly and calmly communicate with others, are truly interesting and sexy too. It is a joy to watch real people, wish I did not have to put up with the trash when I go out in the world every day.

I go out in the world and almost all people I see and have to watch are the exact opposite.

First meeting is done.

The basic needs and events have been discussed.

She knows that there is no cure, only content living.
We have the same workbooks and self help novels.

I am happy for our first meeting, an outside observer noted that when I was talking, she was not distracted..... I like that.
