I think you showed such great courage in talking to your sister and I do feel for the both of you. I moved out and left my three younger sibs alone with my dad and always thought they had it worse than me, now my dad is dead and I have no contact at all with any of my sibs.
I had survivors false guilt for so many years of my life. I believe that pain is pain and do not compare my pain to anyone elses anymore. It has been a long way on my recovery process.
I think that the both of you will really be a great source of support to each other.
