Do any of you have this thing where no matter what you do your sleep pattern always ends up being sleep during the day and awake all night.
For me it really only started since I graduated high school and started uni as an external student. No matter what I do my pattern always ends up awake during night and sleep during day, it was so bad at one point that I would go to sleep as my parents were waking up and I was waking up when they were asleep so I had no other human contact for about one month.
