Sigh... I wasn't saying it to be funny, though I was aware it appeared that way. It was my "have to make absolutely certain I don't hurt anybody by being negligent" thing. But hey, that's how comedians are made, right? If I can make people laugh, it kind of makes up for the... whatever it is one calls this.
