Been Asleep All Day?!

Literally been asleep all day and it's so weird and out of the ordinary for me. I got up this morning at about 11am, so barely morning...had a shower and ate and then went back to bed. Didn't wake up again until 8.45 tonight. Totally disorientated, didn't know what day it was, where I was or anything.

And I'm still tired (mentally) but of course, my body doesn't want to go to bed now. I'm worried that if I don't sleep tonight I'm not gong to sort my body clock out.

I guess I needed the sleep but now I feel really strange and out of it.
 
I think I'm just exhausted from uni and therapy. I have two more weeks until I get a week off and then I have exams before the Christmas holidays. Considering this time last year (heck, 3 months ago) I was only in class 4 hours a week and had nothing else going on...I'm shattered. Which feels daft because it's just 'normal' life for most people...why am I so drained? :(
 
(((ice))). Don't over think it. I know it is easy for me to say.

Try and stick to your normal bedtime routine. If you can't sleep, don't do anything stimulating eg computer/TV. Rather listen to relaxing music or an audiobook. I also use lavender oil on my pillow.

Hate, hate, hate when I go into these phases. My life becomes even more chaotic than normal.

I hope it lifts tomorrow and remember your body got some important rest. :tup: Although I understand the :( and :banghead:
