Buried My Cat Today.

Robert, it is a shocking feeling having to bury a loved pet.

Have had tears running down the shovel more than once mate.

Glad you have other moggies waiting for some love.

Sorry for your loss. We lost our cat several months ago and it was truly sad, had him for 11 years.

Aw, you guys are making me cry again, and I thought I was done.

Anyway, I tried rebuilding the blog post about Henry and his great life, today, but couldn't do that, either - the few images are links, I guess. If you want to read it, the first paragraph is:

Hi Robert,
Please take a hug for yourself- so sorry. I know that without my pets (2 dogs & 3 cats) there have been mornings I know I wouldn't have gotten out of bed if I didn't have them to care for. Plus they just know how to be there for you. He was lucky to have you for his buddy too, just remeber that and those good times. Take care of yourself like he would want you to so you can take care of new buddies until you see him again someday.

Hi Robert,

I love all felines so I'm sad to hear your dear cat died. I like that you were able to bury him. Only once did I need to leave one of mine at the vets. It probably sounds daft to some people but I still feel guilty about it.

I'm sure the momma cat and her kittens will be sensitive to your loss and comfort you. ((Robert))
