coincidentally, the reason it works is (most likely) the caffeine. If you're ever stuck without the excedrin, take some acetaminophen (excedrin tension headache (only the tension one worked) and it was my miracle drug along with a bunch of water

It's probably more like, your body responds better to more acetaminophen. If you wanted to be your own science experiment, you'd try excedrin migraine plus an additional 250mg tylenol. I don't think 500 acetaminophen+250 aspirin is going to do any damage, but I'm not an MD. I do like turning myself into my own science experiments, though :tup:I guess my body doesn't like asprin..
