A Tribute to My Nana

She left this world on Labor Day 1971. That's quite fitting, seeing as she'd worked all her life. She made the best goodies: ?cakes, cookies and pies. She, like her goodies, was so sweet. She was so full of love that you could never get enough of it. Everyone would gather round and soak up her love. We shared her love, in other words. She told us all kinds of stories about mother nature. She was part Iroquois, so I know some of those stories were probably Legends of the Iroquois. My Nana was the best.

My husband made a 4 cheese pizza and I cut some fresh basil and tomatoes to put on it. Was yummy!

Well... I'm under quarantine for two weeks, by order of the local Health Department. I have been doing that since I started having symptoms FRI evening. Thank goodness I have all of you to keep me company.
