57 for a high and mostly sunny. light winds, it like a heat wave. ?

about 50 degrees Fahrenheit as an overnight low so the mosquitos are gone.

the next nine days will be sunny and 75 degrees Fahrenheit. probably the same for the following week too.

32 - 35 C. with really hot Northerly winds heading my way. Bush fire alert at severe..

A strong weather front with rain - hopefully - is coming in tomorrow... hope it arrives we need a drink!

Can any of you that live over there... imagine what it's like to have a 40 C (104 f) Christmas day? Lol

Like being home. :happy: BBQ’s and swimming pools and bonfires and s’mores on the beach and palm trees, jasmine, bougainvillea all strung with twinkle lights, and fireworks, fancy dress, icy drinks with cinnamon & clove dusted whipped cream, and falling into bed exhausted with the fan blowing the scents of coconut suntan lotion and pie spice off your skin and into the air in waves as it clicks back and forth... watching specials on TV with everyone in snow and just fascinated by the concept, waiting for it to cool off enough to sleep.

But I grew up in jungles and deserts, and the occasional god forsaken swamp. ;) Still on the northern side of the line... just not very far from that line!

Still haven’t had a proper White Christmas, although it did snow once, it was a dusting... still tapped right into childhood imagination and awe. One of these years I’m going to need to go on a ski holiday

Finally dropped below freezing up here! So it’s sunny and blue and bright :sneaky: the rains will be back soon enough. Enjoying the break in the weather.
