That blustery wind kept me awake last night, screaming round the house like a wailing banshee! Still raining here...you'd think it was St Swithins Day!

Its a bit milder today up in Yorkshire Cath.

The sun is trying to peep out and it has now stopped raining. A bit warmer too, so heating has been switched off again.

No sign of the sun here amethist. Cold, wet, grey and rainy and not a single break in the clouds. But I'm tucked up warm and cosy.:)

Horrid here, being the birght spark i am i went out on bike ride this morning soon turned back that wind was awful then the rain. Good old british weather got soaked to the bone last night running in the rain. Never again will i go out on bike in the gusts of wind. I believe it going be horrid winter in the UK heard snow forecast sometimes in october :(. I want the sun back.

This are seems to be always Grey. I let my H take the car today so he wouldn't get blown off his bike on the way to the ambulance station! He came home like a drowned rat yesterday!

Blue skys again and not too cold. The heating is on though.

I've been out with my sister in her posh new car today. The sun was shining brightly as we sped along.

The sun is trying to come out. The present temp is 57F or 14C.It's calling for more rain today,tomarrow and Sunday. We finally get some sun next Monday.

We're getting rain again over the weekend - typical!!

Present temp is 8C or 46F. What a drop from last weekend. It called for rain today but the sun is shining right now.

Yes Cath good old rain sets in again tomorrow, i heard the temperature was going to drop monday was going be start of freeze and possible snow. I hope someone is winding me up, its sunny today but its isn't half nippy.

We had wonderful sunshine too Sazza, though it was chilly out of the sun.

I heard to expect rain from Monday, but not heard about the snow.
