Cold, dull wet - well what's new!

The sun was out earlier but isn't now. The present temp is 61F or 16C. Some years we are into our winter coats by now but not this year.

The wet season is here with the high humidity and opressive heat. There is a slight twinge of worry in us as we live on a river and were flooded last year.Lost a lot of stuff and lived in an evacuation centre for 2 weeks amidst uncaring staff and triggered PTSD...

Im in agreement this weather makes me want put my pjs on and not move, curling up seems so appealing everything is more effort when its dull and dreary. I shouldn't complain least not snowing yet but its sure to come our way no doubt.

It is cold outside, enough to wear a good coat. They keep on saying that it is going to snow in Denver, yet there has been misses. I want to hibernate from the upcoming winter. Snow is my worst enemy. To think that I got my driver's permit close to winter . . sheesh!

They said on the news tonight we are 10C above the normal temps for this time of the year.

So true KP. I haven't seen that thing in the sky for so long that I'm starting to feel like a pit pony. I get up - it's dark, it's dark all day and then when evening comes whadda you know....it's even darker!

On the 'bright' side, it is very mild out for the time of year.

Fairly cloudy today. Present temp is 37F or 3C. Temps are going to start to rise again tomarrow.

Cold. Really cold. First traces of snow but nothing sticking yet.

A bit of sun n cloud today but dry and mild so I went out while I could.
