I get the fact that he makes you feel crazy. If he is anything like me than you have no idea how he is mentally and thankfully never will. Have you tried talking to him about boundaries and a positive attitude? It's really important not to yell at him. Some of this stuff is a toatle trip and if you hate your relationship maybe it is healthy for you both to split ways. Might not want to take my advice lol good advice would be for both of you to sit through some counseling together.

I don't know that you actually know what hell means.

That being said, do him a favour and stay away from him if you feel like you are being so negatively affected. It isn't doing either one of you any good if you are bitter and angry about the experience.

We need a vent now and then too. We know we don't understand what it's like to have PTSD. Being a supporter comes with its own struggles, and sometimes we need a little support too.

They broke up even though she still loves him, and he's screwing with her mind. That sucks.

victimhood is a tough place to be often you don't know you there..and then you set up a sofa and TV and make yourself right at home in it. victimhood is like being in a game you do not know how to play you have an idea you want to but you don't know how and ultimately people can give us advice and suggest things but only we know how to solve are own puzzles.

The way it is written seems more like a direct hit. The word 'you' isn't a great word to use as it is a way of including people who are not included in the situation.
