Every Day I Wake Up...the Same

What's the same? Everyday I wake up to anxiety. I take my Lexapro and work on being mindful by listening to the quiet around me before heading out into the noisy unpredictable world. Sometimes if waking up unable to sleep, I read threads on this site..
