I'm glad she made it through! I find it rather distrubing myself that they don't know why she stopped breathing. That is rather frightening.

I'm not, in the least bit, suprised that Jim refused to leave. I hope he gets some rest tonight!

Yes a nice big break from all this hospital stress and body getting worn down would be very good for her. I really think she should avoid the computer until she is well enough to be home! No point in taxing herself further right now!

still in hospital

Hey everyone. I am still in the hospital, and doing fairly well. I will be hospitalized for another week at least. I discovered a computer in the family room, and I've occasionally had enough energy to get on it and send an email or two. Today is my first time signing in to the forum.

Thanks for all your wishes for me getting better. I have read them all and was quite touched. Nice to know I have so many friends here. I've missed all of you.

The reason I've signed on today is to write in my diary. I've got something bothering me. I'm not going to post much else today, except in there. So please don't be offended if you see me online and I'm not responding to your threads, messages, or even this thread. I have very limited energy. When my energy level is depleted, I will literally fall asleep within minutes. Actually, a practicum nurse is helping me with typing. She typed this and the other 2 messages I'm posting here today, ahead of time, and saved them to disk for me. Now I all I need do is copy and paste here, and make some minor changes. So I won't be on long.

Thanks again for all the support. It means a lot to me.

Thanks Linda and Cathy, I miss you guys too. Still in hospital, mostly resting. Probably going to get kicked off of here by the nurse in a couple of minutes. Only 2 more sleeps until my treatments are finished! :) :) :)
