Favorite visualizations

I thought it would be a good idea to share our favorite visualizations so that we can help each other out!

Two of my current visualizations involve either a parachute or a hang glider.

My current mood state involves sharp drops that feel like I’m falling off a cliff.

I visualize myself on a warm summer day, with fluffy clouds in the sky, hanging on to my parachute or hang glider, gently drifting toward the earth, where I softly land.

It helps SO much! Instead of having a mood crash, I can picture a calm landing. I can then pick up and resume my good mood that I had before I felt the free-fall happening.

So what are some of your favorite visualizations?

I just love this image/visualization. I have two specific ones that I love. One is my two cats. Sometimes when I'm really upset or sad, if I can visualize their faces, I feel such peace. The other is my safe place inside. It's a small flower garden, with a pond and low hanging trees and a stone pathway. I can find immense calm if I am able to go there.
