My counciling has come.to end.because of council cuts I have wait specialist counciling which specialises. In rape and.abuse. But I don't no how long. But even.thou it was only once moth so I wasn't. Left with out any one. Had.support till then but I don't halve any one. Now. Till the specialist get,in touchi no i was only seeing her once month so i had some support now wi i havent got any one i also got safe guardign again tomorrow work have also messed my extra hpurs up

If it helps i thought i would be on a long waiting list but the specialist in this area came back within 2 days and i had my first session 4 days later i know it might be different where you are but you never know :)

@missfrier .....I often come on here, sit in the background and keep many things to myself...but sitting, making the connection does help me a lot...it has helped me digest and accept things I wouldn't dare to put into words....often finding my own emotions about my own experiences, through someone else's posts and words and explanations....I actually feel normal here.
