Going no contact with a family member that is a narcissist

My relationship with sister is so very different from the set of circumstances surrounding you with your family and I beg forgiveness for I was not implying at all that you should interact with toxic people - family or otherwise. If sis contacted me and was again caustic and verbally abusive, no I would not have any interaction with her until this cruel and upsetting behavior stopped. Again @Rain please know I am sorry and I was not condoning nor implying in the least that you or I accept unacceptable cruel behavior by our family or anyone for that matter. Hope you forgive me as I've read and I know you are hurting by how you're being treated by family members. I so wanted to share with you about sister and I know this is radical decision on my part to send her flowers knowing I will never receive love back. Hugs if you accept @Rain and I so value your friendship in here. I so do...

@Rain I had a counselor long time ago and she said when it comes to feeling afraid/ anxious, feel the feelings and do it anyway.

That has stuck with me all this time.

@Heather I sure wish I had a bouncer to do some evicting right now,,,,hurting so much right now. I hate this so much, but the grief will take as long as it takes. I was doing okay today and could have gone all day without this one hurting me . Love you too,:hug:

@Rain The evicting part that you and @Heather are talking about..... Please don't forget to fill me in to when you figure out how to get them the hell out of our heads. For me, it's easy to walk away.... Not so easy to get them out of the head right away. It takes time, and eventually that happens, but until then.:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
