Hey. Sorry you didn't get any sleep, I'm always worse when I've had a bad night. I'm glad work was okay, I'm sure tomorrow will be too.

I always go into a spin when I am supposed to be socialising, especially when I forget about it, which is often! Having the house to yourself can be a real treat,I was left in the flat this afternoon, which was nice. :)

Wondering if it's better for you to start a diary like on the other forum? I almost missed this post because at first I thought 'I've already read this intro'.

I know when I don't get much sleep I'm easily agitated and things just go down hill for me... Sleep Well JA9W!
