I'd like to see a link for that Sarg if you have one that explains it well, otherwise I can just Google or DuckDuckGo it. Using DuckDuckGo now since they do not collect your search info and sell it to others

You have to kind of meander around their site but here's the main page I found...

It should also mention "Aid and attendance" in there somewhere, that's another benefit.

Somewhere down the road, the VA found it was much cheaper to pay the wife (or spouse) to take care of house bound Vets than them keeping us in homes. There's a long history of problems at Vet Homes. Low bid. You know how that goes.
