Not saying you should... It’s just been a bit rough round these parts lately, and there were a number of posts I’d meant to reply to & either hadn’t, or they’d died in drafts. I was just trying to explain better that the trick isn’t about limiting yourself, like diets that want you to measure out 100g of chicken; nor restricting yourself to the same narrow parameters regardless of what your activity levels are. That’s all.Yeah @Friday I'm not gonna aim for palm sized portions and I'm currently unable to exercise to any great extent.
