Sorry for posting similar thread (maybe a month or two ago, can't remember when)...

Be it qualification, employment and NOW, fitness!

I haven't been motivated enough for the last 2 months for exercise and my eating habits include too much carbs (since it's winter and I'm a vegetarian). As a result, I am not happy with my body shape changing. Now another stress has sat in which is my brother who is exercising a lot and starting to eat better protein rich diet even in winter. He was overweight and now being healthy all of a sudden. This is making me feel shit about myself and I am feeling fat! I am in the right weight range for my height but i have put on 2-3 kgs this winter which is pissing me off!! (argh!!). He is taller and heavier than me but eating less than me,,, I feel like a giant!!

Shall I just stop eating all together? :(:notworthy::nailbiting::sorry::grumpy::banghead:

I too have been over-eating and Carb Loading for nigh on the same length of time...

I will strike a bargain with you Jazz.

I will start eating a balanced healthy diet as of nw and no more sweets of mega cake challenges if you promise me the same.

We will both go forr a walk everyday to burn off the calories.

I will buy myself a pushbike (when I have the money) and start cycling again.

DEAL ??

@SeanGeo : thanks Big b. I was into healthy eating about 2 months ago (before winter started) and then my pills not working and mood swings + being unmotivated = not happy with physical appearance. I have done that starving thing when I was 13 (it was due to my mum's bitch sister comparing my waist to an actress resulted in me starving myself to lose 12 kgs in 3 months!! stayed on that till I was 15, when I restarted eating, I put on 22 kgs in 4 months time!!). It took me a year to lose 20 kgs. I can't see myself gain weight again!! So off to the gym tomorrow!![DOUBLEPOST=1402312945,1402312774][/DOUBLEPOST]@Santa_Laurie : thanks Santa and :hug:s. Yup deal!! We'll watch our carb and sugar intake And start exercise from tomorrow when I wake up in the morning. I suck with my time management and now I gotta change my routine too so I get to be at the gym by 8am or 9am the latest. Yup walks sound great Santa :).

Off to our exercise and healthy eating from tomorrow. I have been very strict about my diet till few months ago and I want to be in a good shape. Can't afford to gain any weight!

All the best Santa :) :hug:s

@J_trustno1 Atta girl! That's a good plan! I know it's tough, but you gotta live for you, not allow them to tear you down! I know that low self esteem is not easy, you gotta do what you gotta do for you! say "f*ck them!" and live for you, sis! :)

@SeanGeo : Hugs big b. I love my health and don't want to get into bad health or look physically unfit. They have been calling me anorexic ever since I've lost that weight through exercise and told me that I don't need to exercise, But I don't believe in their crap. I love my fitness and health so I can't let anyone come in between. So tomorrow is when I hit the gym with full energy :) :D

Sleep tight Jazz and remember our deal....... healthy living and balanced diet with a heavy dash of exercise thrown in :)

Jess,
are you in therapy yet? I feel so bad that you're still struggling with the constant comparisons. I've been there and I know it is a bad place to be, simply because you can never "win". Please don't just stop eating, as you can really harm yourself that way. There are a ton of different diets you can go on to lose weight in a healthy way, but not eating isn't one of them.
