Hostage situation or suicide (full throttle) ideation?

Thank you for your kind comments ! i am ok sharing to a point , have done lots of work on it (there are many traumas i cannot talk about)
Hostage situation in Nigeria and daily bribes , shake downs whenever i hit the road etc from the cops, dragged off to court on false charges in Nigeria . At 28 I was also detained in the back seat of a 2 door with a mad crazed amphetamine addict driven around for 2 hrs with a gun at my head.

I don't want or feel any pity - its not constructive and only traps you in a cycle of self sorrow - i have lived life to the fullest , sometimes that comes with a cost , you either move on and continue living otherwise it is like a giant sinkhole that swallows you whole

I do have my days, but overall things will continue to get better

My much of my underlying (now chronic) medical ailments were treatable but undiagnosed when I was a child. But I did not receive proper diagnosis or treatment... and even if I did... I don't think my parents could have afforded it. It was not malicious... it was missed. I'll put my thinking cap on, read the article and come back to share when I have some thoughts. Some of my broken bones were related to PTSD... but off hand, it seems that the now chronic stuff was either neglected or not properly diagnosed.
