Horoscopes?

I was just wondering how many people read their horoscopes? I don't as a rule, but tend to find that I read them obsessively when there's uncertainty in life.

I just got this for tomorrow:

Today, very little is as it seems! Something that you've been counting on, or more likely hoping for, could fall through, dear Aquarius, and your perspective changes. Be particularly vigilant when it comes to spending or lending, or better yet, save important transactions for a later date.


Possibly not as bad when read the second time around, but still not liking the sound of it!!!!

When we got a paper I used to read mine. But not anymore. I am sorry I cannot share more. I do not like the sound of yours where did you get it?

It's from Cafe Astrology - I've looked at another on a different site and there's no mention of anything like that. Hoping to hear on our house move this week - so definitely not what I wanted to read this morning!!!!! xxx

I sometimes read mine and have found the Jonathan cainer site to be quite accurate. Then again it could just be me interpreting the horoscope the way I want lol.

You have got exactly what you need. If that isn't apparent to you, it may be because you don't fully understand exactly what it is that you do need. The planet that rules your sign is slowly and subtly changing direction this week, completing a retrograde phase and commencing a stage of direct motion once more. You could hardly wish for a clearer indication of celestial support. The right things really are happening, for all the right reasons. Look again at what seems wrong. Keep looking, till you see the hidden advantage.

It sounds better, but I'm still thinking it sounds as if we're not going anywhere!!!

Well I would say your horoscope is saying you may not realise it but the rubbish stuff that's going on in your life is happening for a reason and things are going to improve soon as you have more celestial support than you realise :-) that's my interpretation anyway and I would say its a pretty positive horoscope!!!

Just got some good news - we don't need Building Regulations for our Attic as it was built before they were invented! Shame the Estate Agent wasn't as happy as me - she just said she'd report back to the Buyer and "keep her fingers crossed" :wideeyed: Hmmm....

There you go! Positive stuff flowing already lol. As for the grumpy estate agent......keep positive thoughts and all will be well. And if its not, then it's pants for a reason as something better is about to happen :-)

I don't use astrology as a direction. I did study Nostrodamas original reason of creating. JMHO It is usually to open to interpretation.

Thanks guys... I think I just have days where everything is so up in the air at the moment that I just want someone or something to tell me which way is up! Not sure that these are the right places to look though!!!

I prefer the weekly horoscopes. Rob Brezsny's Free Will Astrology is a favorite- he's got a unique style that nudges my thoughts towards beautiful things. The 'sacred advertisements' are my favorite part, small excerpts from his book, very encouraging stuff. Cal Garrison does weekly horoscopes in a local paper, a very different perspective but a nice contrast to Brezsny's interpretation. It's not a forecast to me though, it's like chewing gum for my mind.
