How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I was supposed to be out for about 10 hours but kept waking in between due to an unexpected conversation right before. My head feels heavy but I have plans.

Slept really well for 8 hours until I was woken up by a nightmare.....

deep but only for max 6hrs. fell asleep late but woke up weirdly early. keeps happening but at least the sleep i had was good

1 1/2 hours.

10 and a half hours. Must've needed it

Another 10 and a half hours. Maybe this is my new normal

4 hours 20. I was beginning to think I may start sleeping my life away when I got 6 hours + three or more nights last wee but, back to the normal....

5 and a half. No nightmares so im ok with that

Could not sink into it. That’s been happening more lately. Getting older
