How Did You Sleep Last Night?

So, I have been on Qviviq for a month and I think I like it. I have been sleeping consistantly for at least four hours a night all week. Last night was a solid 9.

About 7 hours, split between 2 hrs and 5 hrs.
Would be nice if there was no gap between sleep, but 7 hrs total is workable.

Eventually fell asleep at 4am but did get 5 hours in

I went “to bed” soooooooo many times, I’ve slept for a week! Or, um. Maybe not at all. Hmmmm.

Fell asleep at 11 or maybe 12, bettween that. Woke up at 5 and was awake until 7 or 8, woke up again at 9 something.

I'm exhausted. I was in a weird sort of sleep-but-awake state all night. I remember calling out to my best friend in a sort of dream, except that apparently I actually did that.
