How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Ten hours and this a record! After getting some coffee into me I feel normal once again. Very well rested right now and eager to take on the day. Good sleep makes such a huge difference for me.
 
What is with my ride on the sleep-too-late train and how do I get off?!?

The holidays stressed me out WAYYYYYYYYY too much and I've been up really late two nights in a row. Took Meclizine (an antihistamine good for vertigo) - 1/4 usually knocks me out, but had to do a 1/3 last night at 2:30 am. A full pill would've made me sleep 12 hours but I wanted to get up in our scant daylight today.

I hear you @Rain I wake up in a completely different world when I get enough sleep!
 
Still on my cycle of sleeping WAY TOO f*ckING LATE.
I've pretty much resigned myself to having a f*cked up circadian rhythm as long as the Northern hemisphere continues to have cold, dark days. I've never done well in winter, especially sleep-wise.

Hopefully the stress can abate and I can sleep at better, healthier times for me soon.
 
Every time I tried to wake up from my nightmares the sun was stabbing me in the eyes... which then incorporated INTO my nightmares :hilarious: It was really a cant win for losing kind of thing, for about 4 hours this morning! :roflmao: :facepalm: :hilarious:
