How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Slept my famous split sleep of 5 hours plus 5 more hours. So 10 altogether. I don't do well on less than 9 hours of sleep. Wish I could sleep 10 hours straight. Actually feel good today.

f*cking cat in basement keeps waking me up. Other tenant is a f*cking moron for keeping her cat down there. Told her if she doesn’t put the cat IN her apartment, it will be a police issue. Maybe tonight I can sleep??????

PTSD, nightmares, cats, night sweats..... One of them is likely to get me!!!!

it was absolute rubbish again, I got like, one hour and was wide awake from around midnight? I couldn't get back to sleep, its now 7am and I am still not tired, at least the place got tidied and looks minted and I am almost finished a piece of artwork I guess.

at first had nightmare I was trappedin a fire, after that I slept 5 hours, still fee l tired

so far, badly, I had weird unpleasant dreams I think I got 2 hours thren I was wakened by a man shout-singing in the street at the top of his lungs.

I usually end up shaking as I'm sleeping cause I'm afraid it'll happen to me again.

So my sleep varies from time to time. Tea usually helps me.
