How Did You Sleep Last Night?

@ButterflyDisco and @TreeHugger the "likes" are just acknowledging that i read and sympathize... @Lewa the "like" is because that rocks and I'm happy for you!!! to all of you!

4am it was when my floppy flighty brain decided that maaaaybe i should get some 'effing sleep before the kids were up for Easter! Pain levels were skyrocketing last night, felt like i was drowning in my lungs, and muscle aches were much higher. Restless. Phooey. Woke at a chipper 7am wanting to smack the sky for being so bright and beautiful. Sleep is becoming an enemy even more invasive to well being than my own brain. =/

I go to bed about 10 p.m. every night with a clonidine which helps prevent the nightmares from haunting me, then wake up around 12 or 1, then I usually get up to work for awhile, then back to bed with a clonidine which will again prevent the nightmares from haunting me, but then I wake up again once or twice and I can't take anymore clonidine, so I still have nightmares that haunt me! I don't understand it. I have worked through all my traumas in therapy for years and I still get this!?!?

Another night of restlessness, strange dreams and tossing and turning. When I woke this morning I thought Dad was going to pop his head in any minute and yell that it was time to get up, then I got sad when I realised he wasn't.

I slept but with vivid dreams so real I thought it was real life in a wacky way. I thought these dreams would go away with the lower Cymbalta dosage but I guess not. I've tried every class of antidepressants out there and this is the only one that works. So for now I'm stuck taking it and with the dreams.
