How Do I Cope With Overwhelming Paranoia?

It's really humbling to read through all your posts on paranoia.

My violent childhood has left me with the type of paranoia that swallows me whole without me realizing, then I get vengeful and manipulative.

I have worked on recognizing the paranoia when I can and actively work through my thought pattern; challenging my thinking. I do this out loud.

It's never gotten any easier; although I can manage a bit better.

Has anyone managed to conquer it?
