How does anyone ever get sleep on Wellbutrin?

I’ve tried the short acting, SR and XL, at 37.5 and 75 mg.

It works to lighten the depression without scary side effects, but it causes a total lack of sleep.

If you don’t mind my asking, what med do you take to sleep?

I'm on the extended release and it doesn't seem to add to insomnia. - maybe that's an option?

I'm on 150mg XL... and I don't have any prob..... Oh wait...... I get about 5 hours sleep a night... I just figured it's part of the joys of PTSD... Now I'm not sure...

I take geodon. When I was on Wellbutrin I had to double my dose.

I was briefly on it...along with Zoloft (Sertraline) and I was really zonked out during the day. Having said that, nights were not too restful but then they never have been. I can't remember the exact dose I was on definitely 100+. I was only on it for a few weeks though.

I'm one of those people for whom Wellbutrin did absolutely nothing. It was like taking a sugar pill.
