I also consume large quantities of crushed ice.
When you have trauma, you may get to super stress level. That absorbs your energies and leaves your tired or exhausted. When I started drinking more water almost near to 1 liter. Dramatically my stress level down. I feel like I am getting energized because of water.Not sure if its related...I guess I've never really explored that.
