How to stop the thoughts of t hating you?

It sounds like you may have a child part that is in pain and needs the approval of your therapist who is in a position of authority.

Can you talk to this child part? Comfort her? Ask her what she needs?

It sounds like this dynamic will repeat itself no matter who your therapist is.

Hope you are well. I know it is very much western culture phenomena (I am sorry if that is not the case for you) that the therapist is part of the past. He or she is not.
The person who you think THINKS you are annoying or crazy or whatever is not the therapist. It is someone from your past. So I will recommend you find that person and tell the therapist that your body remembers being thought of the long list of feelings you have. You are not saying YOU THERAPIST THINK THIS OF ME...because in reality he or she is not even thinking about you. They are listening to you and wondering how to help you. I know it is hard to differentiate the past from the present that is why we are all here.

For me, I hated my therapist. I had similar thoughts of resistance of not coming or coming late or just a dread. I hate i hate...then I realize...OMG, I hate my mother. My infant level hated my mother. This is a global hate and the therapist was just easy access of course...he is there every week annoying me..LOL

so I hope you tell your therapist, your body is remembering of being not liked, or whatever you feel...trust me...you are walking on the right path and it is tight and I hope you do not fall off and find another therapist and then repeat, rinse again.
