Someone that never met me in my life said because I am under medical guardianship and has been told by said medical guardianship and apparently the legal system that they are not able to consent due to my behaviors that have been exhibited. The legal team never once said I could not consent to sex due to my risky behaviors and my therapist even told me that it’s not illegal for a guy to have sex with me due to me being on medical guardianship. I am 30 and able to consent to sex and what this person is saying is wrong and out of the line. Why would they make this up and ruin my autonomy when I had sex plenty of times on medical guardianship? Why would they have the nerve to say that a laywer said I am not able to consent when they never talked to my laywer and they never met me in my life. What should I do? I’m very high functioning autistic!
