@QuirkyTofurkey had a great idea for a "I just can't today" thread. Was thinking, what can I do, today, or for this moment, or now?

Hopefully I can finish shoveling. With breaks, when I choose.

i tend to hold my breath when i'm anxious. sometimes breathing is even harder than eating.
